Users are responsible for the data they upload. Inhexa provides the infrastructure but is not liable for the misuse of our CRM or LMS platforms for illicit activities or data spamming.
Access to proprietary products is based on "Active License" tiers. Failure to clear billing cycles will result in system suspension. We offer a 7-day grace period for enterprise accounts before data entry is locked.
Inhexa Technology strives for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for business interruptions caused by external upstream provider failures or global network disruptions.
